4. Parental Leave
Parental Leave allows an employee to take time off work to look after their child. Employees can use it to spend more time with their children and strike a better balance between their work and family commitments. Parental Leave is unpaid.
Both mothers and fathers can take Parental Leave. Parental Leave is up to 26 weeks per child and can be taken up until the child's 12th birthday.
Parental Leave must be taken in blocks of 6 weeks or all together.
